Exercise Management Programs

We believe strongly that you should be a big part in your healthcare and your treatment program.  If we're doing our job properly, and you play your part, we shouldn't have to see you very often.

To that end, we recommend an extended session for your second or third appointment, in which we go through an individualised exercise program we have prepared for you based on the physical findings in the initial consultation(s). These range from stretching and mobilising routines to strength, stamina and co-ordination regimes. Specialised vestibulocochlear (for balance) and neuromuscular rehabilitation (for example, after injuries or surgery) programs can also be devised as necessary.

These sessions are strongly recommended, as experience and research tells us that the person who can make the biggest difference to your long-term health and fitness is you!  If we can give you the skills and knowledge to help manage your issues as independently as possible, you won't have to see us as frequently!
